Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and operational support within a consulting environment.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating communication, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle professional correspondence, emails, and documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Coordinate internal and external communications with clients and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information
- Support project coordination and follow-ups as required
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Salary
