Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing Outlet Manager to lead our store operations in the heart of Ikeja GRA. This role is designed for a retail professional who balances operational excellence with a sophisticated approach to customer service. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, managing high-value inventory, and driving a culture of personalized service that aligns with premium brand standards.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury or boutique retail and possesses the leadership maturity to manage both the front-facing customer experience and the back-end logistics of a busy outlet.
Requirements:
Team Leadership & Communication
Team Supervision: Lead, direct, and assign daily activities to the store team to ensure operational targets are met.
Coaching: Promote a high-performance culture by providing colleagues with personalized feedback and coaching on customer service techniques.
Strategic Support: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute action plans for continuous service and operational improvement.
Customer Excellence
Relationship Management: Assist customers with inquiries and resolve complaints in strict accordance with company policy, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Service Culture: Actively promote the company’s "greet, help, and thank" culture and maintain strict customer data privacy.
Clienteling: Leverage industry experience to build and maintain a loyal client book, driving repeat business through personalized engagement.
Merchandising & Inventory Control
Stock Management: Oversee the restocking process from HQ, manage re-order levels, and ensure shelves are consistently and correctly stocked.
Brand Standards: Execute merchandising activities and off-shelf displays in strict alignment with approved brand guidelines.
Accountability: Manage all promotional and sales support materials, ensuring they are utilized effectively to drive outlet revenue.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience:
3–4 years of retail store experience, specifically within a luxury, boutique, or high-end fashion environment.
Proven experience as a Store or Outlet Manager.
Strong proficiency with Retail Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential.
Core Competencies:
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in inventory management and financial reporting.
Organizational Mastery: Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond promptly to urgent store issues.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible full-time schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime as required.
