Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Order Fulfilment Executive to anchor the operational engine of Maxitech Global. In the fast-paced technology distribution sector, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume customer orders with the clinical precision required for Payment Verification, Serial Number Tracking (Laptops/Tablets), and Odoo ERP Accuracy. This role is designed for a "Logistics Architect" with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Process Grit" (managing multiple orders under pressure) with the "Analytical Agility" required to conduct rigorous Dispatch Accuracy Control.

Requirements:

1. Intake Orchestration & ERP Governance

• Verification Sovereignty: Process and verify customer orders using Odoo ERP with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Order Truth."

• Documentation Architecture: Ensure all product specifications, pricing, and payment confirmations are accurately logged, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless fulfillment.

• Integrity Stewardship: Reject or suspend order processing where documentation is incomplete, ensuring the "Source of Financial Security" remains uncompromised.

2. Coordination Resilience & Accuracy Logic

• Fulfilment Sovereignty: Coordinate with warehouse teams to track order progress, acting as the primary "Source of Timeline Management."

• Dispatch Architecture: Conduct final verification checks for high-value items (serial numbers for laptops/tablets), providing the "Analytical Foundation" for dispatch accuracy.

• Escalation Stewardship: Promptly identify and report stock shortages or operational gaps, maintaining the "Source of Proactive Problem Resolution."

3. Inventory Integrity & Compliance Power

• Reconciliation Sovereignty: Report discrepancies between physical stock and system records immediately, acting as the primary "Source of Inventory Health."

• Process Architecture: Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with clinical focus, providing the "Visual Foundation" for operational excellence.

• Communication Logic: Provide accurate order updates and maintain professional documentation, utilizing 1–3 years of logistics expertise to maximize the "Source of Customer Trust."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.

• Experience: 1–3 years in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or ERP-based environments.

• Technical Mastery: Familiarity with Odoo ERP (preferred) and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
