Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Operations Support Officer to anchor the administrative engine of our Abuja office. In a specialized operational landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the coordination-relay and the precision of the record-filter success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize administrative support with the clinical precision required for Resource Allocation, Inventory Tracking, and Stakeholder Liaison. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" specifically a professional with an HND/BSc who can blend "Administrative Grit" (maintaining flawless records) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute Process Compliance and Resource Optimization.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Administrative Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Workflow: Provide seamless administrative support to the operations team, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Stability."

  • Documentation Architecture: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for fiscal and operational accountability.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict adherence to operational procedures and company policies, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Conduct" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Resource Logic

  • Logistics Sovereignty: Support logistics, inventory tracking, and resource allocation, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Fidelity."

  • Coordination Architecture: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cross-departmental synergy.

  • Inquiry Stewardship: Handle basic client or vendor inquiries and escalate complex issues with clinical precision, maintaining the "Source of Service Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Performance Sovereignty: Assist in monitoring staff compliance, acting as the primary "Source of Process Momentum."

  • Support Architecture: Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure timely execution, providing the "Relational Foundation" for meeting departmental deadlines.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Microsoft Office proficiency to accelerate the "Data-to-Record" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Administrative Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of HND or B.Sc Degree in any related field.

  • Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role.

  • Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) with high-level data entry accuracy.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with an elite focus on professional coordination.

  • Location: Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate.
