Job Description:

We are seeking a high-integrity, analytical Operations Specialist to serve as a critical link between our data management and internal audit functions. This role is designed for a professional who finds purpose in precision—someone who understands that clean data leads to better decisions and that rigorous audits lead to lower risk.

As an Operations Specialist, you will own the integrity of our operational databases, transforming raw data entry into insightful performance metrics. Simultaneously, you will act as an internal consultant, auditing our processes to ensure compliance and driving continuous improvement through actionable audit reports. Requirements:

1. Data Governance & Analytics

  • Database Stewardship: Maintain and update core Excel databases with 100% accuracy, ensuring data remains a "single source of truth."

  • Data Engineering: Perform systematic data entry, cleaning, and sanitization to remove redundancies and errors.

  • Performance Intelligence: Track and report on key operational performance metrics, providing Management with clear visibility into department health.

2. Internal Audit & Process Improvement

  • Compliance Reviews: Conduct structured internal audits of operational processes to identify deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential points of failure or inefficiency within the current workflow and propose data-backed solutions.

  • Audit Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports that include clear findings and prioritized improvement action plans.

3. Operational Efficiency & Integrity

  • Reporting Infrastructure: Support the reporting needs of various departments by providing timely and accurate data extracts.

  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the redesign of operational processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Reliability: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and reliability when handling sensitive internal audit data.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related analytical field.

  • Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (Entry-level candidates with strong internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply).

  • Technical IQ: Solid foundational skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data Formatting) and basic data analysis techniques.
