Job Description:

• Are you a strategic leader passionate about creating social impact? We are looking for a data-driven Operations Manager to join their leadership team.
• As Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of the organization, ensuring fiscal accountability and operational excellence.
• You’ll oversee everything from complex resource allocation to HR strategy and program lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine internal controls and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Manage budgets, cost-control measures, and audit readiness.
• Develop KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee HR operations, talent planning, and performance management.
• Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
• Promote an organizational culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise logistics, inventory control, and facility operations to provide a conducive environment for mission delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or Finance (Master’s/Professional cert is a plus).
• 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (NGO experience highly preferred).
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and a knack for navigating fast-paced environments.
• A commitment to transparency, accountability, and the mission to improve health outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
