Job Description:

  • The Operations Manager will oversee daily activities of betting shops, ensuring smooth operations, good customer service, and compliance with company policies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of betting outlets
  • Manage and support shop staff
  • Monitor sales, payouts, and shop performance
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and maintain service standards
  • Ensure shop equipment is functional

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc or relevant experience
  • 2–3 years experience in retail, betting, or similar field
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of betting operations.

Salary

N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
