Job Description:

The Operations Manager will oversee supply chain processes, manage manufacturing partnerships, and ensure efficient inventory and logistics systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with third-party manufacturers and suppliers
• Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
• Oversee inventory management and reconciliation
• Develop and manage logistics and distribution systems
• Optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5–8 years experience in operations or supply chain management
• Strong understanding of logistics and inventory systems
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
