Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Operations Manager to anchor the operational and growth engine of our Lagos office. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the uptime of the fleet and the precision of the contract pipeline success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize personnel productivity with the clinical precision required for Heavy-Duty Equipment Maintenance, Asset Accountability, and Strategic Business Development. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" specifically a leader with 5 to 8 years of experience who can blend "Logistical Grit" (managing trucks and heavy machinery) with the "Commercial Agility" required to Identify and Secure High-Value Contracts.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Personnel Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Workforce: Supervise all personnel with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Discipline."

  • Coordination Architecture: Manage daily task allocation and performance monitoring, providing the "Structural Foundation" for office-wide productivity.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety standards, ensuring the "Source of Operational Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Asset Logic

  • Fleet Sovereignty: Ensure the proper management, maintenance, and accountability of all trucks and heavy-duty equipment, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Uptime."

  • Strategy Architecture: Develop operational frameworks to improve service delivery and efficiency, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cost-effective logistics.

  • Reporting Stewardship: Prepare high-fidelity performance reports for Management, maintaining the "Source of Operational Intelligence."

3. Operational Integrity & Growth Power

  • Business Sovereignty: Identify and secure new contracts and partnerships, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Expansion."

  • Relational Architecture: Maintain strong ties with clients and stakeholders, providing the "Relational Foundation" for long-term business growth.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–8 years of operational expertise to accelerate the "Lead-to-Contract-to-Execution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5 – 8 years in operations management, specifically with Heavy-Duty Equipment and Truck Fleets.

  • Commercial Power: Proven track record in Business Development and contract sourcing.

  • Location: Based in or able to operate from Lagos.
