Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and detail-oriented Operations and Logistics Support Officer to anchor the physical engine of Mshel Homes. In the specialized landscape of property development where timelines are dictated by the movement of materials success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex site activities with the clinical precision required for Fleet Management, Inventory Tracking, and Vendor Liaison. This role is designed for a "Supply Architect" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (monitoring project timelines and safety standards) with the "Technical Agility" required for rigorous cost tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
1. Operational Orchestration & Site Governance
Activity Sovereignty: Coordinate daily operations across project sites and office locations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Execution Support."
Timeline Architecture: Monitor project schedules and report progress or delays, providing the "Structural Foundation" for management decision-making.
Integrity Stewardship: Support the implementation of operational policies, ensuring the "Source of Procedural Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Logistics Logic
Supply Sovereignty: Plan and coordinate the transportation of materials, equipment, and staff, acting as the primary "Source of Timely Site Fulfillment."
Documentation Architecture: Manage waybills, invoices, and delivery notes with absolute accuracy, providing the "Functional Foundation" for logistics transparency.
Vendor Stewardship: Liaise with suppliers and contractors for efficient service delivery, maintaining the "Source of Partner Synergy."
3. Asset Integrity & Fleet Power
Maintenance Sovereignty: Oversee company vehicle usage and schedule routine servicing, acting as the primary "Source of Fleet Reliability."
Inventory Architecture: Conduct periodic stock checks and maintain records of company assets and tools, providing the "Relational Foundation" for resource security.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–4 years of logistics expertise and Microsoft Excel to track fuel usage and procurement approvals in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience: 2–4 years in operations/logistics (Real Estate or Construction industry preferred).
Software Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).
Attributes: Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
