Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee inventory, logistics, order fulfillment, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will ensure products are available, orders are processed efficiently, and deliveries are completed on time while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

• Manage and enforce operational SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Confirm customer orders and ensure products are packed and ready for dispatch.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries across Nigeria and other African markets.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues when necessary.
• Prepare regular operational, inventory, and performance reports.
• Use inventory management software and digital tools effectively.
• Identify and implement process improvements to support business growth.
• Capture basic behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos and videos when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Experience using inventory management systems and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
