Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to lead daily operations, manage logistics partnerships, oversee dispatch activities, and drive operational excellence for a fast-growing technology platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 3–5 years experience in operations, logistics, or business management
• Experience managing dispatch riders/logistics providers is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Knowledge of the Osun market is a plus.
