Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Tech Trainee (Technical Trainer) to anchor the human capital engine of our organization. In the rapidly evolving Lagos tech ecosystem, success is defined by "Knowledge Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex technical subjects with the clinical precision required for Course Design, Presentation Mastery, and Competency Evaluation. This role is designed for a "Capability Architect" who can blend "Pedagogical Grit" (designing worksheets and classroom agendas) with the "Instructional Agility" required to execute Webinars, Workshops, and On-site Training sessions.

Requirements:

1. Curriculum Orchestration & Instructional Governance

  • Design Sovereignty: Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements, ensuring every module acts as a "Source of Professional Competence."

  • Agenda Architecture: Produce high-fidelity training schedules and classroom agendas with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Learning Structure."

  • Content Stewardship: Determine course content according to strict objectives, providing the "Educational Foundation" for team success.

2. Delivery Resilience & Engagement Logic

  • Execution Sovereignty: Lead training sessions, webinars, and workshops for groups or individuals, acting as the primary "Source of Knowledge Transfer."

  • Material Architecture: Prepare high-impact training materials (presentations, worksheets), ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the consumption of complex technical data.

  • On-Site Stewardship: Arrange and conduct on-site training as needed, maintaining the "Source of Hands-On Technical Proficiency."

3. Performance Integrity & Evaluation Power

  • Data Sovereignty: Keep and report accurate data on completed courses, absences, and issues, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for HR oversight.

  • Observation Architecture: Evaluate results of training programs with clinical focus, utilizing modern training techniques to optimize the "Source of Program Effectiveness."

  • Evolution Logic: Determine overall program success and implement improvements, utilizing feedback loops to optimize the "Source of Continuous Improvement."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar knowledge-transfer role.

  • Technical Mastery: Working knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and modern digital training tools.

  • Instructional Focus: Demonstrated ability to address specific training needs through the creation of complete, high-fidelity courses.
