Job Description:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through online research, social media, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to generate new business opportunities
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in telesales, online sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Salary
