Job Description:

We are seeking a technically elite, compliance-obsessed, and infrastructure-rigorous Network Governor to anchor the institutional immune system and connectivity-engine of our organization. In the high-velocity world of E-payment processing where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of POS/Bank transactions and the precision of the security-filter success is defined by "Network Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex routing/switching architectures with the clinical precision required for PCIDSS-Compliance Governance, Threat-Remediation Stewardship, and High-Availability Deployment Momentum. This role is designed as a "Connectivity Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious security architect who can blend "Network Grit" (mastering the complexities of DR sites and WAN links) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Cyber-Resilience Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Network Sovereignty & Connectivity Architecture

  • Sovereignty of Flow: Ensure absolute network connectivity to POS and Banking interfaces, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Transaction Throughput."

  • Resilience Architecture: Manage WAN links to DR sites and ensure business continuity, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted e-payment services.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure that all physical and logical controls governing the Data Centre are adhered to, ensuring the "Source of Data-Integrity Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance Sovereignty & Security Logic

  • Compliance Sovereignty: Ensure all devices/systems are PCIDSS compliant and security-hardened (patches/firmware), acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory-Risk Mitigation."

  • Strategy Architecture: Execute information security strategies to proactively identify risks, providing the "Functional Foundation" for proactive threat-hunting.

  • Monitoring Stewardship: Utilize SolarWinds to review critical event logs and escalate threats, maintaining the "Source of Operational-Response."

3. Operational Fidelity & Endpoint Hygiene

  • Diagnostic Sovereignty: Maintain enterprise storage, server firmware, and antivirus integrity, acting as the primary "Source of Systemic-Health Insight."

  • Hygiene Architecture: Oversee "Endpoint-Resilience" (desktops/laptops/printers), providing the "Relational Foundation" for a secure, high-performance working environment.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Technical-Expertise (Citrix/VMware/Linux/Windows) to accelerate the "Deployment-to-Remediation" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Visibility Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: B.Sc or B.Eng (Minimum 2:2) in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics Electronics.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in network and security administration within E-payment or high-security sectors.

  • Technical Power: Mastery of Routing/Switching, Virtualization (Citrix/VMware/Hyper-V), Monitoring (SolarWinds), and OS Environments (Linux/Windows); Industry certifications (CCNA/CCNP, CISM, CompTIA Security, ITIL) required.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities; ability to manage complex infrastructures under high-pressure scenarios.

  • Mindset: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to maintain "Network Sovereignty" in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
