Job Description:
Uncle Stan’s Foods is seeking an execution-heavy, results-driven Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager to oversee the operational health of all our outlet locations. In this role, you will be the bridge between high-level strategy and floor-level execution, ensuring that every location operates with the same level of precision, quality, and profitability.
You will be responsible for the consistent application of SOPs, the professional development of outlet managers, and the achievement of aggressive sales and performance targets. This is a role for a leader who thrives on field inspections, data-driven decision-making, and maintaining "brand perfection" across multiple sites simultaneously.
Requirements:
Operational Oversight & Scalability
Standardization: Conduct regular, unannounced inspections across all outlets to enforce brand standards, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
Service Readiness: Ensure all locations are fully staffed and operational for scheduled opening and closing times without exception.
Expansion Support: Lead the operational setup for new outlet openings, ensuring they meet Uncle Stan’s Foods standards from the first hour of business.
Process Engineering: Continuously identify and implement improvements to operational workflows to enhance speed, quality, and scalability.
Performance & KPI Management
Accountability Framework: Set and enforce clear KPIs for outlet managers, focusing on daily sales, service speed, and wastage.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports directly to the Managing Director (MD).
Cost Control: Monitor operational costs across all units, identifying inefficiencies in utilities, manpower, and resource usage to maximize margins.
Supply Chain & Quality Control
Inventory Integrity: Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to prevent stockouts while implementing strict controls to stop pilferage and excessive wastage.
Consistency: Guarantee that food quality, portioning, and presentation remain uniform across every location.
Compliance: Enforce total adherence to food safety, health regulations, and internal security protocols.
People Leadership & Discipline
Staff Deployment: Oversee proper staff allocation across units to match footfall and demand patterns.
Disciplinary Oversight: Enforce strict standards for grooming, attendance, and conduct; recommend promotions, sanctions, or training based on documented performance.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the final point of escalation for operational crises or customer complaints that require senior intervention.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience:
5–8 years of experience in QSR, retail, or multi-outlet food operations.
Proven track record of managing multiple locations simultaneously with measurable success in hitting revenue and efficiency targets.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of QSR SOPs, food safety regulations, and inventory management systems.
