Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will perform routine laboratory tests, process patient samples, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality control.

Requirements:

• Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare and process patient samples for analysis.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.

• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of test results.

• Maintain laboratory quality control and safety standards.

• Assist in inventory management and reagent monitoring.

• Support molecular and diagnostic testing activities where required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Degree (BA/BSc/HND/OND) in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of laboratory safety procedures, quality assurance practices, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.

• Competencies: High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
