Job Description:
We are seeking a visually creative and strategically minded Social Media Manager to lead our digital storefront. In the real estate industry, social media is the primary "Open House" for potential investors. This role is designed for a "Visual Storyteller", a professional who can blend architectural photography and high-energy cinematography with the digital marketing grit required to turn "likes" into "land sales."
Your mission is to ensure "Market Presence and Lead Velocity." You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle: from trekking to project sites for high-quality shoots to editing cinematic reels that showcase our property listings. If you possess "Creative Grit" and the technical ability to manage a digital media library while engaging with high-intent prospects, we want you to drive our online growth.
Requirements:
1. High-Fidelity Multimedia Production
Field Cinematography: Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos of property developments, project sites, and corporate activities to provide a transparent view of our value proposition.
Content Engineering: Create and publish engaging digital assets, including graphics, captions, and cinematic reels that highlight the unique selling points (USPs) of our estates.
Media Asset Stewardship: Maintain and organize the company’s digital media library, ensuring that high-resolution assets are always available for marketing and branding initiatives.
2. Platform Governance & Lead Engagement
Listing Promotion: Develop targeted social media strategies to promote specific real estate listings and services, maximizing organic reach and visibility.
Community Diplomacy: Manage daily activities across all platforms, ensuring that inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally to maintain lead momentum.
Trend Advocacy: Proactively monitor social media trends and algorithm shifts to implement strategies that increase audience engagement and sales conversions.
3. Strategic Marketing & Analytics
Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team to design and execute integrated digital campaigns for property launches and brand awareness.
Performance Intelligence: Track and report on social media metrics, analyzing audience behavior to provide data-backed insights for future content investment.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all digital communication aligns with the company’s brand voice, values, and visual standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in Social Media Management, specifically within Real Estate, Construction, or Hospitality (preferred).
Technical Mastery: High proficiency in mobile/DSLR photography and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or Lightroom).
Content Strategy: Ability to plan a content calendar that balances property listings with educational and lifestyle content.
