Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and support our brand objectives. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Design and manage digital campaigns to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and promotional activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Proven ability to create engaging digital content with little or no supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
