It aims at making daily commuting cheaper, more reliable and community based. It is also a mobility app designed to help commuters share rides with verified drivers going in the same direction.

Job Description:

We are seeking high-energy and persuasive Marketing Supervisors and Executives to anchor our platform’s growth in Ajah. In the competitive mobility and digital service landscape, success is defined by "Network Density", the ability to rapidly sign up and onboard both drivers and passengers to create a seamless ecosystem. This role is designed for "Market Catalysts" who reside in Ajah or its environs and can blend "Field Sales Grit" with the "Relationship Diplomacy" required to build trust at the grassroots level.

Your mission is to ensure "Mass Adoption and Seamless User Onboarding." You will be the primary face of our brand: responsible for identifying high-traffic hubs, converting prospects into active users, and guiding them through the initial platform experience. If you possess "Exceptional Persuasion Skills," a target-driven mindset, and the local knowledge of the Ajah axis, we want you to drive our commercial expansion.

Requirements:

1. Driver & Passenger Mobilization

• Network Activation: Drive aggressive growth by signing up and onboarding drivers and passengers, ensuring a balanced and efficient marketplace.

• Lead Conversion: Meet and exceed assigned sign-up targets through high-visibility field marketing, direct engagement, and community outreach.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the first point of contact for new users, articulating the value proposition of the platform with clarity and enthusiasm.

2. Onboarding & User Success

• Technical Guidance: Assist new users through the digital onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is verified and the application is correctly installed and activated.

• Engagement Follow-up: Conduct check-ins with newly onboarded drivers and passengers to ensure they are successfully navigating the platform and completing their first transactions.

• Hub Identification: Strategically identify and operate within high-conversion zones (parks, malls, transit hubs) in the Ajah and Lekki axis.

3. Performance & Reporting

• Target Governance: Monitor daily and weekly sign-up metrics to ensure personal and team targets are consistently surpassed.

• Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on competitor activities and user challenges within the Ajah environment to help optimize the onboarding journey.

• Bonus Optimization: Leverage high-performance tactics to qualify for the performance-based sign-up bonuses.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Location Edge: Candidates must reside in Ajah or its immediate environs (Lekki, Sangotedo, Badore) for operational efficiency.

• Experience: Proven experience in Field Marketing, Direct Sales, or App-based User Acquisition is a significant advantage.

• Resilience: A "Self-Starter" attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.

• Persuasion Mastery: Strong verbal communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders (from commercial drivers to daily commuters).
