Job Description:
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the company’s mobile phones and related products.
- The role requires a hands-on digital marketing leader with deep knowledge of the mobile devices market, consumer behavior, and multi-channel marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for mobile phones and accessories.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to guide product positioning and campaign planning.
- Own the annual marketing plan, budget, and performance targets.
Digital Marketing & Performance:
- Lead all digital marketing activities including paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok), SEO/SEM, email marketing, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels and conversion rates across digital platforms.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards; prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Product & Brand Marketing:
- Manage product launches for mobile devices, including go-to-market strategy, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and retail teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
Partnerships & Channel Marketing:
- Work with distributors, telecom partners, and retail channels to execute joint marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team and external vendors.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Technology teams.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 8–15 years’ marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics.
- Strong background in the mobile phones, consumer electronics, or telecom industry is required.
