Job Description:

FilmOne is seeking a high-energy, proactive Marketing Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing department. In the film industry, success is built on timing, buzz, and flawless execution. This role is designed for a "Campaign Coordinator"—someone with 1–2 years of experience who can juggle administrative precision with the creative demands of film premieres and social media strategy.

Your mission is to ensure that every marketing asset, from digital trailers to red-carpet backdrops, is delivered on time and on brand. You will be responsible for the entire campaign support lifecycle—from vendor management and influencer logistics to tracking social media performance and managing asset libraries. Requirements:

1. Campaign Coordination & Asset Management

  • Project Support: Assist the Marketing Manager in the end-to-end execution of film marketing campaigns, ensuring all moving parts align with the release calendar.

  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with designers and printers to oversee the production and delivery of physical marketing materials (posters, standees, merchandise).

  • Asset Stewardship: Maintain the company’s digital asset libraries, contact lists, and marketing databases, ensuring internal teams have immediate access to approved content.

2. Digital Presence & Social Media Operations

  • Content Flow: Support social media posting schedules and ensure all FilmOne channels are updated with the latest promotional materials.

  • Influencer Logistics: Handle the administrative heavy lifting for influencer engagements and sponsorship activities, ensuring all agreements and deliverables are tracked.

  • Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign activities and collect data to present basic performance reports that inform future strategy.

3. Event Logistics & Administrative Governance

  • Premiere Execution: Provide critical logistical support for film premieres and promotional events, including documentation, guest list management, and on-site coordination.

  • Fiscal Tracking: Support budget tracking and expense reporting for marketing activities, ensuring all department spending is documented and within delegated limits.

  • Office Stewardship: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence, to keep the marketing engine running smoothly.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.

  • Experience: 1–2 years in a marketing administrative or operations role.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of photo/video editing software is a major advantage.
