Requirements:

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Drive Results: Actively promote and sell a diverse range of products, including clothing, jewelry, cosmetics, and lifestyle accessories.

• Master the Pitch: Engage walk-in customers, explain the features and benefits of our products, and close sales to meet daily and weekly targets.

• Customer Service: Provide an exceptional shopping experience. Handle inquiries with a smile, offer helpful advice, and build long-term relationships that keep customers coming back.

Operations & Strategy

• Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays and ensure all stock is properly arranged, labeled, and accounted for.

• Reporting: Track your sales performance, prepare daily reports, and provide us with valuable feedback on what our customers love and what they are looking for next.

• Teamwork: Work collaboratively to achieve both individual and collective sales goals set by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: You have 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail. Experience with fashion or beauty products is a huge plus.

• Education: Minimum of SSCE/OND.

• Communication: You have strong persuasive skills and are comfortable speaking clearly and confidently in English.

• The "Look & Vibe": You are neat, well-groomed, customer-friendly, and maintain a target-driven, "can-do" attitude.

• Reliability: You must be resident in or have the ability to commute easily to Lagos Island or Trade Fair.
