Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Site Operations Manager to lead our building blocks and concrete products manufacturing facility. This role is designed for a proactive professional who can seamlessly integrate daily plant operations with strategic demand and supply management. You will be responsible for the entire production lifecycle from overseeing raw material inventory to ensuring that the final output aligns perfectly with market requirements.

Requirements:

Operational Oversight & Production Planning

• Daily Management: Oversee all day-to-day activities on the manufacturing site to ensure smooth, uninterrupted workflows.

• Strategic Scheduling: Plan and adjust production schedules based on rigorous demand forecasts to ensure market needs are met without overproduction.

• Efficiency Analysis: Analyze demand trends to optimize production cycles, reduce idle time, and minimize material waste.

Supply Chain & Inventory Control

• Material Management: Monitor and control the supply of raw materials (cement, aggregates, etc.) to maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Logistics Coordination: Supervise site staff and coordinate transport logistics to ensure the timely delivery of finished products to clients and construction sites.

• Cost Control: Implement strategies to maintain cost efficiency throughout the production process without compromising on quality.

Quality, Safety & Leadership

• Standards Compliance: Ensure all concrete products meet industry quality standards and that the site adheres strictly to safety regulations.

• Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and supervise site staff, ensuring a disciplined and productive work environment.

• Reporting: Use business management software to track production metrics, inventory, and sales data for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

  • Relevant qualification in Business Management, Demand and Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.

• Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience. We welcome ambitious fresh graduates or early-career professionals.

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in block/concrete manufacturing or a similar industrial setting is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using business management software or ERP systems.

  • Basic understanding of demand/supply principles and inventory forecasting.

• Core Competencies:

  • Leadership: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse site team.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.

  • Resilience: Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet production targets.
