Job Description:

We are seeking a highly competent and independent Production Manager to oversee our beverage production facility in Abuja. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our bottled water and Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) lines. We need a manufacturing leader who understands the technical nuances of beverage production, from raw material intake to final packaging. If you possess the expertise to manage end-to-end production workflows, maintain rigorous quality standards, and drive operational efficiency, we invite you to lead our beverage production team.

Requirements:

• End-to-End Line Management: Independently manage the entire bottled water and CSD production lines, ensuring seamless operation and output targets.

• Production Planning: Organize and execute production schedules that align with sales requirements while maintaining optimal efficiency.

• Quality Oversight: Ensure all products meet established safety, taste, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

• Operational Workflow: Manage the daily manufacturing workflow, including equipment setup, process monitoring, and workforce coordination.

• Technical Compliance: Uphold industry standards for hygiene, bottling technology, and carbonation processes.

• Resource Management: Coordinate with maintenance and procurement teams to ensure minimal downtime and consistent availability of production inputs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: BA/BSc or HND in a relevant technical or management field. Possession of a Professional Certificate in manufacturing or food technology is highly desirable.

• Experience: 3–10 years of proven experience in beverage manufacturing, specifically with bottled water and CSD production.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Process Mastery: Deep understanding of carbonation technology, water treatment processes, and high-speed bottling line workflows.

  • Manufacturing Rigor: Ability to manage complex production environments and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
