We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- As we continue to expand, we are looking for energetic and ambitious graduates to join our team as Management Trainees and grow into future leaders of the organization.
- As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a structured training and development program designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience required to take on leadership roles within the organization.
- You will work closely with experienced professionals across various departments, including HR, Sales and Business Development, Technology, Service Management, Legal, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Participate in on-the-job training and departmental rotations.
- Assist in planning and executing departmental projects and initiatives.
- Support line managers in daily operational tasks and reporting.
- Analyze data and prepare presentations for management reviews.
- Contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Shadow experienced staff to gain insight into organizational operations.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within set timelines.
- Demonstrate commitment, drive, and leadership potential throughout the program.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Telecoms, Engineering, Business, or IT-related fields preferred).
- 0–2 years of work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in different departments and adapt to change.
