Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational, sales, and customer service activities

• Learn company products, services, and internal processes

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally

• Assist with reporting and documentation

• Work closely with supervisors and department leads

• Participate actively in training and evaluations

• Maintain professional conduct and workplace etiquette

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second Class Upper – 2:1)

• Must have completed NYSC or be exempted

• 0–2 years of work experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong learning ability and positive attitude

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & email)

• High level of professionalism and integrity
