Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Logistics Supervisor to anchor the supply chain engine of our client’s operations. In the demanding world of heavy construction and precast materials, success is defined by "Logistics Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-unit dispatch cycles with the clinical precision required for Fleet Management, Project Site Mobilization, and Inbound Material Flow. This role is designed for a "Fulfillment Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing heavy goods transport and driver performance) with the "Analytical Agility" required to maintain Fleet Uptime >95% and zero-damage loading protocols.
Requirements:
1. Dispatch Orchestration & Fulfillment Governance
Output Sovereignty: Plan and coordinate daily dispatch of finished goods (including precast concrete) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of On-Time Delivery."
Loading Architecture: Implement and enforce "Zero-Damage" loading protocols and proper procedures, ensuring the "Source of Product Quality" is maintained through transit.
Tracking Stewardship: Monitor all outbound shipments and verify orders against dispatch documents, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for delivery confirmation.
2. Inbound Resilience & Fleet Logic
Resource Sovereignty: Coordinate the delivery of raw materials (cement, aggregates, steel) to align with production needs, acting as the primary "Source of Manufacturing Continuity."
Fleet Architecture: Manage company-owned vehicles and hired trucks, scheduling maintenance to ensure the "Source of Fleet Uptime" remains >95%.
Inventory Stewardship: Coordinate with stores on stock levels and provide input for inventory planning, maintaining the "Source of Stock Reconciliation."
3. Site Logistics & Documentation Power
Mobilization Sovereignty: Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to POC and road project sites with clinical focus, acting as the primary "Source of Construction Schedule Support."
Cost Architecture: Track project-specific logistics costs against budgets, providing the "Financial Foundation" for operational efficiency.
Reporting Logic: Maintain high-fidelity driver logs, fuel performance reports, and damage claims, utilizing 3–5 years of supply chain expertise to maximize the "Source of Institutional Intelligence."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in logistics, transport, or supply chain management (Construction or Heavy Goods preferred).
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with fleet tracking/management systems.
Core Competencies
