Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Loan Recovery Officer to anchor the financial engine of our Abule Egba operations. In the specialized landscape of debt management, success is defined by "Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize firm liquidity goals with the clinical precision required for Debtor Negotiation, Repayment Scheduling, and Digital Portfolio Management. This role is designed for a "Resolution Architect" who can blend "Diplomatic Grit" (negotiating with diverse clients) with the "Strategic Agility" required to utilize Android-based recovery tools and data systems.

Requirements:

1. Negotiation Orchestration & Settlement Governance

• Resolution Sovereignty: Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Capital Inflow."

• Communication Architecture: Articulate repayment obligations and consequences with professional clarity, providing the "Structural Foundation" for debtor compliance.

• Settlement Stewardship: Achieve and exceed monthly recovery targets, ensuring the "Source of Portfolio Health" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Digital Logic

• Mobile Sovereignty: Utilize Android-based tools to manage and track recovery activities, acting as the primary "Source of Real-Time Portfolio Updates."

• Scheduling Architecture: Develop and monitor structured repayment timelines for debtors, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for consistent collection.

• Documentation Stewardship: Maintain rigorous records of all interactions and payment commitments, maintaining the "Source of Operational Evidence."
