Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Land Surveyor to anchor the geospatial engine of our development operations in Ikoyi. In a specialized urban landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the millimetric accuracy of the boundary and the precision of the benchmark success is defined by "Geospatial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize field measurements with the clinical precision required for AutoCAD Modeling, Civil 3D Engineering, and Land Law Compliance. This role is designed for a "Geoinformatics Architect" with a Bachelor’s/HND and 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (operating Total Stations and GPS in the Lagos climate) with the "Strategic Agility" required to collaborate with architects and project managers on high-stakes construction drawings.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Measurement Governance

• Geospatial Sovereignty: Conduct land and site surveys using modern instruments (Total Station, GPS, Levels), acting as the primary "Source of Physical Truth."

• Mapping Architecture: Prepare and maintain accurate survey data and maps, providing the "Structural Foundation" for all subsequent architectural and engineering phases.

• Integrity Stewardship: Establish reference points and benchmarks with millimetric focus, ensuring the "Source of Construction Accuracy" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Technical Logic

• Interpretation Sovereignty: Analyze and interpret construction drawings to provide technical input, acting as the primary "Source of Design-to-Field Alignment."

• Documentation Architecture: Maintain proper documentation of all survey activities and regulatory compliance, providing the "Functional Foundation" for legal and developmental security.

• Verification Stewardship: Monitor construction progress against survey data, maintaining the "Source of Project Fidelity."

3. Operational Integrity & Collaborative Power

• Synergy Sovereignty: Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve site challenges, acting as the primary "Source of Cross-Functional Intelligence."

• Compliance Architecture: Ensure all activities align with land laws and surveying standards, providing the "Relational Foundation" for risk-free project execution.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of construction experience and AutoCAD/Civil 3D to resolve mapping bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Spatial Throughput" in Ikoyi.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Surveying & Geoinformatics or a related field.

• Experience: 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Construction or Real Estate.

• Software Power: High proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS tools.

• Technical Mastery: Expert ability to operate modern instruments (Total Station, GPS, Digital Levels).

Core Competencies

• Analytical Grit: Strong knowledge of land laws and surveying standards.

• Geospatial Sovereignty: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
