Job Summary [Company Name] is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Graduate Accountant to join our finance team. You will provide essential support across the entire accounting cycle—from daily data entry and reconciliations to the preparation of year-end financial statements. Key Responsibilities

1. General Ledger & Transactional Support

  • Journal Management: Assist with the preparation and recording of accurate journal entries to ensure the general ledger reflects real-time financial health.

  • Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, proactively identifying and investigating any variances.

  • AP/AR Support: Support the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections.

2. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Reporting Cycle: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with company timelines.

  • Bank Reconciliations: Assist with daily and monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy in cash reporting.

  • Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with recognized accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal company policies.

3. Audit & Documentation

  • Audit Readiness: Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries with clarity and speed.

  • Records Management: Perform high-accuracy data entry and maintain a meticulous digital and physical filing system for all financial records.

Requirements:
