Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite IT Systems & Infrastructure Administrator to anchor the digital engine of Charvet Group’s operations. In a specialized manufacturing landscape where organizational momentum is dictated by the uptime of production systems and the security of the network success is defined by "Infrastructure Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex Microsoft 365 ecosystems with the clinical precision required for Cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery, and ERP/CRM Administration. This role is designed for an "Infrastructure Architect" with 7–9 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (managing design workstations and factory systems) with the "Strategic Agility" required to provide continuous improvements across multi-site environments.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Ecosystem Governance

• Infrastructure Sovereignty: Manage and optimize IT infrastructure and multi-site networks with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Uptime."

• Cloud Architecture: Administer the full Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless organizational collaboration.

• Integrity Stewardship: Oversee cybersecurity, rigorous backups, and disaster recovery protocols, ensuring the "Source of Digital Resilience" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Application Logic

• System Sovereignty: Support and maintain critical business applications including Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Zoho CRM, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Driven Continuity."

• Production Architecture: Maintain design workstations and specialized factory/production systems, providing the "Functional Foundation" for manufacturing throughput.

• User Stewardship: Provide high-fidelity user support and troubleshoot complex system failures, maintaining the "Source of Workplace Efficiency."

3. Operational Integrity & Continuous Power

• Improvement Sovereignty: Identify and implement continuous infrastructure improvements, acting as the primary "Source of Scalable Technology."

• Compliance Architecture: Align all IT operations with cybersecurity best practices and industry standards, providing the "Relational Foundation" for risk mitigation.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 7–9 years of system administration expertise to resolve network bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Technical Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 7 – 9 years of proven system administration experience (experience in manufacturing/multi-site is a major advantage).

• Domain Power: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking protocols, and cybersecurity frameworks.

• Software Mastery: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP) and Zoho CRM.
