Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite IT Administrator to anchor the technological engine of our operations. In a specialized digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the network and the precision of the security protocol success is defined by "Infrastructure Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-functional IT systems (Networks, Servers, Email, and Web) with the clinical precision required for System Maintenance, Cybersecurity, and Disaster Recovery Readiness. This role is designed for a "Systems Architect", specifically a professional with a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (troubleshooting hardware/software and managing network security) with the "Operational Agility" required to manage website hosting and provide day-to-day support to non-technical users.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Network Governance

• Connectivity Sovereignty: Install, configure, and maintain network systems with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of System Availability."

• Security Architecture: Implement basic network security controls and firewalls, providing the "Structural Foundation" for data protection and risk mitigation.

• Integrity Stewardship: Monitor system performance and uptime, ensuring the "Source of Digital Stability" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Maintenance Logic

• Continuity Sovereignty: Perform regular updates, patches, and backups, acting as the primary "Source of Disaster Recovery Readiness."

• Hardware Architecture: Diagnose and resolve server and computer issues promptly, providing the "Functional Foundation" for minimal operational downtime.

• Email Stewardship: Administer email platforms and manage security/spam filtering, maintaining the "Source of Secure Communication."

3. Operational Integrity & Web Power

• Digital Sovereignty: Oversee domain registration, hosting services, and website content updates, acting as the primary "Source of Online Presence."

• Asset Architecture: Maintain the IT asset register and documentation, providing the "Relational Foundation" for infrastructure scalability.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–5 years of IT expertise to accelerate the "Issue-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Technical Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 – 5 years of relevant IT experience (Experience in a small or growing organization is an advantage).

• Technical Power: Knowledge of Network Troubleshooting, Systems Maintenance, and CMS/Website Management.

• Cloud Mastery: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Cloud Tools.
