Job Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented Investment & Funds Mobilization Manager to drive our capital growth and liquidity strategies. In this high-impact role, you will be the primary engine for sourcing funds from a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate investors. You will be responsible for promoting our treasury and investment products, building a robust pipeline of new capital, and ensuring the long-term retention of our existing investor base to support the company’s strategic expansion.

The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy finance professional with a proven ability to close high-value investment deals and manage complex client relationships.

Requirements:

Capital Sourcing & Liquidity Management

  • Fund Mobilization: Proactively source and mobilize funds from high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate entities to meet the company’s liquidity and operational requirements.

  • Portfolio Management: Provide expert recommendations on the investment of excess liquidity, ensuring optimal returns and strategic portfolio diversification.

  • Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell the company’s suite of investment and treasury products to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to their financial goals.

Business Development & Investor Relations

  • Market Expansion: Identify untapped markets and develop strategic relationships to aggressively expand the company’s investor base.

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, fostering trust and transparency to ensure high retention rates and incremental investment growth.

  • Deal Negotiation: Navigate complex negotiations with corporate treasurers and individual investors to secure favorable terms and long-term commitments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in financial services, with a specific focus on treasury, investment management, or funds mobilization.

    • A documented track record of successfully selling financial products and managing high-value corporate and individual relationships.

  • Professional Certification: Possession of a professional certification such as CIS (Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers), CFA, or a relevant financial certification is a significant advantage.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Deep understanding of money market instruments, treasury products, and investment risk profiles.

    • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Negotiation: Elite persuasion skills with the ability to navigate complex financial discussions.

    • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market trends and pivot mobilization strategies accordingly.

Salary

N500,000 - N800,000 / Month.
