Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Investment Advisor to anchor the revenue engine of our real estate operations. In the competitive landscape of residential and commercial property, success is defined by "Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize client wealth goals with the clinical precision required for Property Valuation, Lead Generation, and Transactional Negotiation. This role is designed for an "Asset Architect" with 1–5+ years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (cold calling, networking, and site visits) with the "Strategic Agility" required to identify emerging markets and suggest high-yield investment opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Portfolio Orchestration & Market Governance

  • Network Sovereignty: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling, acting as the primary "Source of New Business Opportunities."

  • Strategy Architecture: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial assets, providing the "Structural Foundation" for target achievement.

  • Pipeline Stewardship: Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers, ensuring the "Source of Transactional Velocity" is elite and uninterrupted.

2. Tactical Resilience & Advisory Logic

  • Advisory Sovereignty: Understand client needs to offer suitable property options and investment advice, acting as the primary "Source of Value-Added Solutions."

  • Negotiation Architecture: Lead high-value property transactions and price negotiations, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for closing deals and client satisfaction.

  • Intelligence Stewardship: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, maintaining the "Source of Accurate Market Information."

3. Brand Integrity & Performance Power

  • Visibility Sovereignty: Manage and update property listings across digital platforms and social media, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Exposure."

  • Reporting Architecture: Prepare regular sales reports detailing key performance metrics and progress, providing the "Visual Foundation" for management oversight.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–5+ years of real estate expertise to analyze sales data and identify improvement areas, maximizing the "Source of Operational Revenue."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 1 to 5+ years in sales, with a strong preference for the Real Estate sector.

  • Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and handling high-value transactions.
