Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Facility / Maintenance Assistant to anchor the operational engine of our infrastructure. In a fast-paced corporate or residential environment, success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex building systems with the clinical precision required for Electrical/Plumbing Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Emergency Response. This role is designed for a "Functional Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Tactical Grit" (carrying out minor repairs and manual tasks) with the "Strategic Agility" required to coordinate external technicians and manage maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
1. Systems Orchestration & Inspection Governance
Inspection Sovereignty: Conduct routine inspections of all facilities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Preventive Maintenance."
Technical Architecture: Execute basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, and general fixtures, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a fully functional workspace.
Fault Stewardship: Ensure all equipment is operating at peak performance and report major faults promptly, ensuring the "Source of Operational Uptime" is elite.
2. Tactical Resilience & Maintenance Logic
Response Sovereignty: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility emergencies, acting as the primary "Source of Incident Resolution."
Schedule Architecture: Monitor and manage maintenance schedules for key infrastructure, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for long-term asset health.
External Stewardship: Assist in coordinating external service providers and specialized technicians, maintaining the "Source of Technical Synergy."
3. Support Integrity & Professional Power
Compliance Sovereignty: Enforce health and safety standards within the facility, acting as the primary "Source of Environmental Security."
Record Architecture: Keep high-fidelity records of all maintenance activities and equipment servicing, providing the "Visual Foundation" for management visibility.
Service Logic: Support the setup of workstations and assist guests when necessary, utilizing your Facility expertise to maximize the "Source of Professional Hospitality."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND or a relevant Technical Certification.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in facility management or technical maintenance roles.
Technical Mastery: Solid troubleshooting skills in Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Maintenance.
Core Competencies
Technical Grit: Ability to carry out minor repairs independently with high attention to detail.
Operational Sovereignty: Strong organizational skills regarding maintenance logs and equipment records.
Physical Power: Good physical condition and the ability to handle manual tasks and setups effectively.
