Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Insurance Sales Representative to drive our business expansion. This is a high-impact role for a proactive closer who can identify new markets, build instant rapport with potential clients, and provide tailored protection plans that secure their future. You will be the face of our firm, responsible for everything from initial cold calling and networking to managing complex risk profiles for individual and corporate clients.
The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented professional with a deep understanding of various insurance products and a commitment to building long-lasting, trust-based relationships.
Requirements:
Business Development & Acquisition
Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and strategic referral programs.
Sales Execution: Engage with potential clients to showcase the benefits of our products, effectively closing sales for new contracts or adjusting existing ones.
Marketing Strategy: Design and implement effective marketing plans to increase brand visibility and market share.
Client Consultation & Risk Management
Needs Assessment: Appraise the demands of business and individual customers to recommend the most suitable protection plans.
Risk Profiling: Collect and analyze information on client risk profiles to offer personalized, data-driven solutions.
Trust Building: Periodically check insurance claims to solidify client trust and safeguard the firm's reputation in the market.
Administration & Reporting
Record Keeping: Maintain continuous awareness of all transactions, sales, and terms, ensuring all records are up to date.
Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports for shareholders detailing the success and progress of your business endeavors.
Compliance: Fulfill all company-established policy obligations and adhere to industry regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: High school diploma or B.Sc. degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven track record as an Insurance Sales Representative.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and maintaining long-term accounts.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong comprehension of various insurance plans, including Automobile, Fire, Life, Property, and Medical.
Ability to interpret standard statistical findings and risk data.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
