Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the HR department, managing employee relations, recruitment processes, staff records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update staff records and HR databases.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and workplace issues professionally.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and performance records.
- Support payroll and other administrative HR functions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Prepare HR reports and correspondence when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in Human Resources or Administrative role.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws is an added advantage.

Salary
