Job Description:

  • Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes, ensuring qualified candidates are recruited and selected.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee issues, mediate disputes, and handle disciplinary procedures.
  • Training and Development: Plan, design, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage and administer salary, benefits, and other compensation programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and support development.
  • HRIS and Payroll: Oversee HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organizational Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures, and support organizational change initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and communication strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, build rapport, and resolve conflicts.
  • Leadership and Decision-Making: Proven ability to lead teams, make sound decisions, and guide the HR function.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law: A thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations is essential.
  • HR Software Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and Microsoft Office Suite is typically required.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
