Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to serve as the architect of our workplace culture and the driver of our people strategy. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between organizational goals and employee well-being, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who balances operational excellence such as payroll and compliance with strategic vision to support our business growth.

Requirements:

  • Talent Acquisition: Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring we hire candidates who are not just skilled, but culturally aligned.

  • HR Infrastructure: Develop and enforce HR policies that streamline operations and ensure full compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.

  • People Strategy & Performance: Lead performance management initiatives, providing actionable insights to management and supporting employee growth through clear evaluation processes.

  • Employee Relations & Culture: Champion a positive workplace environment by addressing concerns promptly and launching initiatives that boost engagement and retention.

  • Payroll & Data Accuracy: Ensure precise payroll administration and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date employee records.

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a key advisor to the Managing Director, providing strategic HR insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

  • Executive Support: Provide specialized support in managing the MD’s personal staff and other high-level administrative tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven track record in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, compliance requirements, and payroll management systems.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead teams and influence organizational culture.

    • Discretion: Exceptional ability to handle sensitive employee data and conflicts with absolute professionalism.

    • Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to workplace challenges.

    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.

Salary

N250,000 per month.
