Job Description:
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing staff welfare, discipline, and performance management
- Ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour and statutory regulations
- Coordinating payroll, leave administration, and staff training
- Advising management on workforce planning and organizational development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
