We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and competent HR Officer to manage and oversee all human resource functions within our organization.
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, disciplined, highly organized, and capable of handling HR operations independently.
• The office is located in Lekki; therefore, only candidates residing within Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, or other Island areas will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding of new employees
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Oversee performance management and staff evaluations
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company regulations
• Support payroll processing and staff benefits administration
• Coordinate staff training and development programs
• Prepare HR reports for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years proven HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
• Must reside on the Island (Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Experience working in a structured organization.
