We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource (HR) Supervisor to join our team in Benin. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our people operations, ensuring that our workforce is well-supported, high-performing, and fully compliant with labor regulations. Requirements:
Recruitment & Manpower Planning: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, from manpower requisition to onboarding, to ensure the organization is staffed with top talent.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving grievances and addressing workplace concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Performance Management: Monitor the implementation of the performance appraisal system to ensure fair, data-driven evaluations and development paths for staff.
Training & Development: Conduct thorough Training Needs Assessments (TNA) across all departments to identify skill gaps and implement relevant development programs.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal company policies.
Documentation & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, organized, and strictly confidential employee records, ensuring all HR data is up-to-date.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between management and employees, maintaining professional relationships with trade unions and employee representatives where applicable.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in a Social Science discipline or a related field.
Professional Certification: Current membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., CIPM) is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory capacity within an Human Resources department.
