Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and operationally elite Human Resources Executive to anchor the talent engine of our Lagos operations. This role is designed for a "People Architect" with 3+ years of experience who can blend "Fiduciary Grit" (ensuring total compliance with statutory regulations) with the "Analytical Agility" required to maintain high-integrity employee records.
Requirements:
1. Process Orchestration & Compliance Governance
Regulatory Sovereignty: Execute HR processes in strict alignment with Nigerian Labour Laws, acting as the primary "Source of Statutory Safety."
Operational Architecture: Support the development and implementation of HR policies, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a disciplined work environment.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards in all staff dealings, ensuring the "Source of Corporate Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Talent Logic
Lifecycle Sovereignty: Manage employee records, contracts, and personal files with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Information Accuracy."
Engagement Architecture: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, providing the "Functional Foundation" for healthy industrial relations.
Audit Stewardship: Conduct periodic internal HR audits to identify and close gaps in documentation, maintaining the "Source of Audit Readiness."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
