Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Lagos. You will act as a vital bridge between management and staff, ensuring that our people strategies align with business goals. From talent acquisition to employee engagement and regulatory compliance, you will manage the full employee lifecycle while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Talent Management: Own the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent, followed by seamless onboarding.

  • Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, drive engagement initiatives, and manage sensitive matters such as conflict resolution and disciplinary proceedings.

  • Performance & Development: Facilitate performance management cycles (appraisals, reviews, and PIPs) and coordinate staff training and development programs.

  • HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, handle payroll inputs and leave management, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.

  • Management Support: Advise line managers on day-to-day HR challenges, workforce planning, and execute smooth employee exit processes, including offboarding and exit interviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an HR generalist or business partner role.

  • Legal Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and best practices.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational abilities.

  • Attitude: A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
