Job Description:

We are seeking an operationally rigorous and tactically elite Human Resource Officer to anchor the human-capital immune system and organizational engine of Yimei Nigeria Limited. In the high-velocity machinery manufacturing and construction landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of site-operations and the precision of the compliance-filter success is defined by "People Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex labor-law compliance with the clinical precision required for End-to-End Talent Lifecycle Management, Industrial Workforce Stewardship, and Operational Data Integrity. This role is designed as an "Organizational Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious HR practitioner who can blend "Industrial HR Grit" (mastering the complexities of factory-floor attendance, payroll, and site-safety compliance) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Manufacturing Culture Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Talent Sovereignty & Compliance Architecture

  • Sovereignty of the Talent Pool: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent mapping, acting as the primary "Source of Industrial-Grade Quality-Hire Throughput."

  • Compliance Architecture: Ensure 100% adherence to Nigerian labor laws and machinery-manufacturing safety standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a risk-free work environment.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain the "Source of Institutional Compliance" regarding employee records, disciplinary procedures, and safety-sensitive grievance handling.

2. Performance & Workforce Logic

  • Culture Sovereignty: Foster a safe, results-driven workplace culture aligned with manufacturing-sector best practices, acting as the primary "Source of Employee Engagement."

  • Performance Architecture: Drive the appraisal processes and technical training initiatives, providing the "Functional Foundation" for workforce efficiency and operational uptime.

  • Discipline Stewardship: Manage grievances and disciplinary procedures within a high-stakes industrial site with tact and professionalism, maintaining the "Source of Workplace Harmony."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Logistical Sovereignty: Oversee attendance, shift coordination, and workforce management, acting as the primary "Source of Operational-Readiness Momentum."

  • Process Architecture: Utilize HR Software & MS Office Toolkits to provide accurate payroll/compensation data, providing the "Relational Foundation" for budget accuracy.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize HR-Expertise to accelerate the "Onboarding-to-Site-Efficiency" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Team-Productivity Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Certification: Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven HR experience; exposure to the machinery manufacturing or construction industry is mandatory.

  • Technical Power: Deep understanding of Nigerian labor laws; high proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Mindset: Proactive, organized, and ready to maintain "People Sovereignty" in a fast-paced Ikeja industrial environment.
