Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Human Resource Officer to anchor the people engine of our Abuja-based fintech operations. In the specialized landscape of financial technology, success is defined by "Cultural Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize rapid scaling with the clinical precision required for Technical Talent Acquisition, Performance Governance (OKRs/KPIs), and Labor Law Compliance. This role is designed for a "Human Capital Architect" with 4 years of experience who can blend "Recruitment Grit" (hiring software engineers and cybersecurity experts) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead change management during digital transformation.
Requirements:
1. Talent Orchestration & Regulatory Governance
Acquisition Sovereignty: Manage end-to-end recruitment for mission-critical technical and business roles, acting as the primary "Source of Fintech Talent."
Compliance Architecture: Implement HR policies in line with Nigerian labor laws and financial industry regulations, providing the "Structural Foundation" for risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 4 years of progressive HR experience (Fintech, Banking, or Tech preferred).
