Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable HR Officer to join the team at Kredit Africa. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our people operations, responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from attracting top talent to fostering a high-performance work culture. If you are passionate about building strong teams, navigating labor regulations, and ensuring organizational efficiency, we want you to help us drive our business growth through effective people management.
Requirements:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences to ensure new hires are well-integrated, trained, and fully aligned with company policies and expectations.
Performance Management: Support department managers in conducting effective performance reviews. Track and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure staff members are consistently delivering measurable results.
Employee Relations & Culture: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns. Handle disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and staff welfare initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and digital documentation. Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws.
Administrative Support: Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, and staff benefit coordination. Support salary processing and ensure all financial documentation related to staff benefits is accurate and timely.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A background in Human Resources or a related business discipline.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven professional experience in Human Resources.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment strategies, HR documentation, and performance tracking.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You have a high degree of emotional intelligence, allowing you to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Operational Mindset: Strong organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail. You are capable of managing recruitment and staff relations independently.
Conflict Resolution: A calm, analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively.
