Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable Human Resource Officer to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. In this role, you will be the pulse of our people operations, ensuring that our workforce is effectively managed, supported, and aligned with our organizational goals. From attracting top talent to ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with Nigerian labor laws, you will play a critical role in fostering a productive work culture. Requirements:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities. This includes manpower planning, drafting and posting job advertisements, screening applications, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.

  • Selection & Onboarding: Facilitate reference checks, prepare employment contracts, and manage the full onboarding process, including conducting orientation programs to welcome new hires.

  • HR Operations & Payroll Support: Support payroll preparation by maintaining precise attendance and leave records. Act as the primary liaison with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

  • Benefits & Welfare: Administer employee benefits and welfare initiatives to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce.

  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, internal procedures, and Nigerian labor laws. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies across the organization.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular HR reports and workforce analytics to provide management with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

  • General HR Support: Handle day-to-day employee inquiries, maintain accurate HR documentation, and manage employee records.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Skills: * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.

    • Experience with HRIS or payroll software is an added advantage.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent administrative abilities with an eye for detail and the capacity to multitask effectively.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

  • Problem Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to resolve conflict and handle administrative challenges independently.

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
