Job Description:

We are seeking a technically formidable and safety-conscious HSE & Quality Assurance Manager to lead our operational governance. This is a critical dual-function role: you will be the ultimate guardian of our workforce's health and the uncompromising architect of our product quality.

Operating at the intersection of regulatory compliance and manufacturing efficiency, you will lead the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Requirements:

1. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

  • Risk Governance: Develop and implement robust HSE systems to identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards.

  • Safety Culture: Lead continuous safety training and incident-prevention initiatives to ensure a high-performance, zero-harm culture.

  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all site operations comply with local and international environmental laws and occupational health standards.

2. Quality Assurance (QA) & Process Control

  • System Design: Oversee the development and monitoring of QA systems that meet regulatory, customer, and internal benchmarks.

  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean to reduce defects and optimize production cycles.

  • Audit Leadership: Conduct internal and supplier audits to maintain the integrity of the supply chain and manufacturing process.

3. Reporting, Compliance & Stakeholder Management

  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide high-level reporting on HSE and QA metrics, translating technical data into actionable business insights for senior leadership.

  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, customers, and external auditors on all matters of compliance.

  • Incident Management: Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HSE and QA management, preferably within the Manufacturing, Polymer, or Industrial sectors.

  • Certifications: Mandatory or highly desirable professional certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, Six Sigma, or equivalent.

  • Age: Must not be more than 45 years of age at the time of application.

  • Analytical IQ: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of improving product quality.

  • Leadership: Ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams and enforce strict safety standards without compromising productivity.

  • Software Literacy: Proficiency in HSE/QA software tools and digital auditing platforms.
